Dog Boarding Price Breakdown

Boarding Pricing:

• Senior: “Red heart status.” $48 (24-hour booking)

• Adult: “pink heart status. “$50 (24-hour booking)

• Puppy: “teal heart status. “$58 (24-hour booking)

• Siblings: 20% discount (taken from lowest priced booking category)

All boardings are for a 24-hour block of time. For instance, if you drop off at 8:00 a.m., your pick-up time will be 8:00 a.m. (A daycare fee is added for hours extending past your scheduled 24-hour block.)

Drop-off and pick-up hours for Boarding are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm starting January 1, 2025.

Doggie Daycare Price Breakdown

Daycare Pricing:

• Senior: 5 years old, fully trained, and has earned the Loving Paws “ red heart status.”
• Full-day: $35 (up to 10 hours)
• Half-day: $25 (up to 5 hours)

• Adult: 1 year and up, still in training, and has earned the Loving Paws “ pink heart status. “
• Full-day: $40 (up to 10 hours)
• Half-day: $30 (up to 10 hours)

• Puppy: Up to 1-year-old and has earned the Loving Paws “ teal heart status. “
• Full-day: $45 (up to 10 hours)
• Half-day: $35 (up to 5 hours)

Our “Full Day” of daycare consists of up to 10 hours of play and fun-filled interaction with other daycare dogs. Our “Half Day” is for those only needing a few hours to run errands or those short work days, and consists of up to 5 hours of playtime. (Any hours over 10 are an additional $5 an hour.)

We currently only have daycare openings on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. To be added to our waiting list, email us at support@loving-paws.org.

Status Evaluations

Training evaluations are performed every six months until they reach the “Red Heart Status.” Advancement is based more on training and temperament than age.

Additional Fees:

• A “Solo Room Fee” of $20 will be added for dogs (boarding or daycare) that require their own space. (These rooms are limited.)
• A $10 fee will be charged for dogs that require limited interaction with other dogs, can’t be left unsupervised, or are on doctor-requested limited play.

Our New Hours: 

Daycare Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (for parents/dogs approved after January 1, 2025)
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Boarding drop-off and pick-up: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 
• Catherine’s office hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can also pick a time on her Google Calendar for her to call you to discuss upcoming bookings and invoices or answer any questions you might have.

There will be a $10 fee for every 30 minutes outside of scheduled Daycare and Boarding hours for drop-offs and pick-ups.

Updated Booking Policies: 

Booking Requirements:

• All Online Bookings (daycare and boarding) must be placed 48 hours before the date you wish to book. (No online booking with less than 24 hours notice will be accepted.)
• Bookings placed online on Saturday or Sunday are not eligible for the upcoming Monday Daycare or Boarding. (Bookings/Emails are checked Monday through Friday.) Any placed on weekends are not seen until Monday by 4:00 p.m.
• All booking changes must be done 48 hours before drop-off by calling (509)470-7500. (No texts will be accepted.)
• Cancelations need to be placed 72 hours before drop-off for a full refund.  (7 days before drop-off during scheduled Holidays.)

We appreciate you following our new booking requirements, for they allow things to run more efficiently and with less stress on Catherine. (Doctor recommended.) It also lets Catherine see the upcoming schedule and book her Doctor’s appointments on quieter days so as not to limit the Daycare/Boarding coverage of able bodies.

Weekly/Monthly Invoice Update:

• Weekly invoices will be sent out every Monday, and payment will be due Friday by 7:00 pm.
• Monthly invoices will be sent out on the last Monday of the month and due by 7:00 pm that Friday. (If the Monday falls on the last day of the month, they will be sent out the week prior.)
• For instance, January Monthly Invoices will be sent out on Monday, December 23rd, and must be paid by 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27th.
• Prebooked Boardings: All prebooked boardings done online or by invoice will have a “Due By” date. This will allow you to pay them now or closer to your boarding date.
• For instance, some people like paying instantly so they know it’s paid and don’t have to worry. Others save up and pay it closer to their boarding date. This allows you to pay it on your terms, so if you see a boarding approval in your email inbox, don’t stress. It just needs to be paid by the “Due By” date, which for some can be as far away as April 2025.
